SD Premier Athletes is a training program built to mold young athletes into better performers and responsible young adults. We help kids aged 8 and up learn to move better, get stronger, faster and confident so they can perform better on the field or court.

This program is for your child if:

How The Program Works:

Most youth athletes are rushed into strength and conditioning programs with their sport. Many are not ready to take on higher level challenges and often are put at risk for injuries or developing compensations. Our goal is to create a safe and fun environment for athletes to learn how training will help them gain an advantage and reduce their injury risk on the field/court. All athletes are evaluated to understand their movement capacity and placed in the appropriate training level to match their ability and age.

Junior Athletes


Youth Athletes age 8-12


  • Provides a safe environment to explore movement and play.
  • Lays the foundation for a healthy active lifestyle.
  • Fun workouts that develop focus, determination, and discipline.

Foundation Athletes


Youth Athletes age 12-15


  • Prepares young athletes for more complex movements and exercises.
  • Progress from play based training to integrated sports training.
  • Teach athletes ownership and responsibility for their success.

Premier

Athletes


Youth Athletes age 15+


  • Emphasis on mobility/flexibility to improve athlete’s durability.
  • Higher level strength, power, & conditioning skill development.
  • Nutritional support to aid in recovery and development.
  • Integration of teamwork and leadership skills.
