Use the age ranges below as a starting guide. We use the athlete’s chronological age, developmental age, and movement ability to determine their best starting point for training.
Junior Athletes
The Junior program is where great athletes begin. At this age the goal is to build a love of movement, develop body awareness, and lay the physical foundation that everything else builds on. Sessions are energetic, game-based, and always coach-led.
Athletes work in small groups with a certified coach present for every session. The emphasis is always on technique before intensity — we never rush progression. Most athletes in this program train 2–3 times per week and show noticeable improvements in coordination and confidence within the first 4–6 weeks.
Foundation Athletes
The Foundation program bridges the gap between introductory development and higher level athletic training. Athletes at this stage are ready for more complexity, more load, and more accountability — and we meet them there. This is where athletic identity starts to form.
Sessions are structured and progressive. Athletes start to understand the why behind their training — not just the what. They track their own efforts, take ownership of their recovery, and begin to see themselves as athletes. Most Foundation athletes train 2–3 times per week and see measurable improvements in strength and speed within the first 8 weeks.
Premier Athletes
The Premier program is built for athletes who are serious about their development and ready to train like it. This is our highest-level youth program — and it demands the most from the athletes in it. If your athlete is chasing a starting spot, a scholarship, or just wants to be the best version of themselves on the field, this is the program for them.
Sessions are intense, purposeful, and progressive. Athletes in this program are treated like the serious performers they are — because they are. The training is hard. The standards are high. The results are real. Most Premier athletes train 3 times per week and compete at a measurably higher level within one full season of consistent training. Programs available for both in season and out of season training.
